[目的]研究紫茎泽兰叶片化感活性物质对2种辣椒幼苗POD、SOD活性及抗坏血酸代谢的影响。[方法]采用培养皿滤纸法,研究紫茎泽兰叶片水浸液对2种辣椒幼苗抗氧化系统氧化酶活性及抗坏血酸非酶自由基清除系统化感潜力。[结果]不同辣椒品种在同一浓度紫茎泽兰水浸液处理下的化感效应是不同的。随着水浸提液处理浓度提高,独山辣椒幼苗体内SOD活性先升后降,POD活性、抗坏血酸先降后升,最终MDA含量升高;福泉辣椒的POD活性随水浸提液浓度升高先升后降,SOD活性、抗坏血酸先降后升,最终MDA含量有所增高。[结论]随紫茎泽兰水浸提液浓度升高,抗坏血酸有所提高,可清除由化感胁迫诱导产生的氧自由基,以降低氧化造成细胞膜损伤的程度,增强抵抗化感的氧化胁迫的能力。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of allelopathic substances on the activities of POD and SOD and the metabolism of ascorbic acid in two kinds of pepper seedlings. [Method] Petri dish filter paper method was used to study the antioxidant potential of two kinds of pepper seedlings aqueous solution and the ascorbic acid non-enzyme free radical scavenging system. [Result] The allelopathic effects of different pepper varieties on the same concentration of Eupatorium adenophorum aqueous solution were different. With the increase of water extract concentration, the SOD activity of Dushan pepper seedlings increased first and then decreased, POD activity and ascorbic acid decreased first and then increased, and finally the content of MDA increased. The POD activity of PFS rose first with the increase of water extract After the fall, SOD activity, ascorbic acid decreased first and then increased, the final MDA content increased. [Conclusion] Ascorbic acid could be enhanced with the increase of water extract of Eupatorium adenophorum, which can eliminate the oxygen free radicals induced by the allelopathy, reduce the extent of cell membrane damage caused by oxidation and enhance the resistance to oxidative stress Ability.
