劳动定额管理的中心是定额水平问题。为确保劳动定额的先进合理,首要的工作是及时制定或修改定额标准。但因制定或修改定额标准工作量大、耗用时间长,且不同生产条件之间定额水平、定额标准难以平衡。即便及时修改,不少定额标准也是人为的调整、推算,很难使定额水平达到先进合理的要求。为了改变这种状况,我局利用微机,根据工序系列定额标准与生产、自然技术条件的相关关系,运用数理统计的经验公式,建立数学模型,使工序系列定额标准公式化。具体过程如下:
The center of labor quota management is the quota level. In order to ensure an advanced and reasonable labor quota, the most important task is to formulate or revise quotas in time. However, the quota standard is difficult to balance due to the workload of formulating or amending the quota standard, the long time consumption, and the fixed level between different production conditions. Even if it is revised in time, quite a few fixed standards are man-made adjustments and projections. It is very difficult to make the quota level reach advanced and reasonable requirements. In order to change this situation, the bureau uses the microcomputer to establish the mathematical model according to the correlation between the fixed series of work series and the production and natural technical conditions and formulate the quota standard of the series of processes by using the empirical formula of mathematical statistics.
