从节能的角度出发,在分析现有电动轮自卸车耗能制动的基础上,提出了再生制动方案。利用超级电容器组储存能量的方法,使车辆减速或下坡时储存能量,在车辆需要加速时再释放能量,分析了电动轮矿车能量回收的可行性。计算结果表明,再生制动可以产生很大的能量,利用超级电容器组可回收能量,提高电动轮矿车的续驶里程。
From the perspective of energy saving, based on the analysis of the energy-saving braking of the existing electric wheel dump truck, a regenerative braking scheme is proposed. Using the method of storing energy in the super capacitor bank, the energy is stored when the vehicle is decelerated or downhill, and the energy is released when the vehicle needs to be accelerated. The feasibility of energy recovery of the electric wheelbarrow is analyzed. The calculation results show that regenerative braking can generate a great deal of energy, and the supercapacitor bank can recover energy and improve the driving range of the electric wheeled cart.
