Pancreatic ulcers are a rare disease. Due to pancreatic islet δ cell tumors in the pancreas, the serum gastrin is extremely elevated, secretes a large amount of high-acid gastric juice, and it is difficult to control the formation of peptic ulcer, the so-called Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome, or Gastrinoma. Gastrinoma is primarily found in the pancreas and is single or multiple. Can also be primary in the duodenal wall, stomach, spleen, or regional lymph nodes. About half to two thirds of gastrinomas are malignant and can metastasize to regional lymph nodes, liver, spleen, bone, mediastinum, skin and peritoneal surfaces. However, the prevalence and death of such patients are often due to ulcer complications.
