框架梁柱结构,不规则墙体结构、地下工程多采用组合钢模板、定型钢模板施工,剪力墙结构也常采用组合钢模板施工。而目前利用组合钢模板施工时,为承受混凝上对模板的侧压力,一般采用在模板层方木上钻孔穿螺栓(即穿墙螺栓)的方法,这种方法存在以下问题: (1)螺栓穿墙很困难,对面两根方木钻的孔经常对不准,造成钻孔返工,且墙厚不易控制。 (2)螺栓穿墙处要用大量方木,而且拆除方木时损坏较多,混凝土墙面不平。
