深圳构筑文化人才高地是实施文化立市建设高品位文化城市的需要,是适应国际国内人才竞争的需要。深圳文化人才队伍的现状与面临的问题,人才吸引力在减弱,高层次文化人才紧缺,人才生态环境不尽如意。深圳构筑文化人才应采取的对策思路主要是:重视文化人才的地位和作用,全方面吸引各类高层次文化人才,加大培养和使用现有人才的力度,形成有利于优秀文化人才集聚的文化生态环境。
The construction of cultural highland in Shenzhen is the need to establish a cultural city with a high cultural level and to meet the needs of international and domestic talent competition. The status quo and problems faced by the cultural talents in Shenzhen, the attraction of talents are weakening, the shortage of high-level cultural talents and the unsatisfactory ecological environment of talents. The main tactics to be adopted by Shenzhen in building cultural talents are: attaching importance to the status and role of cultural talents, attracting all kinds of high-level cultural talents in all aspects, intensifying the cultivation and use of existing talents and forming a culture conducive to the accumulation of outstanding cultural talents ecosystem.
