路面的结构设计关系着道路承运荷载而不需过量养护或过早翻修的能力。因此,研究一种适用的矿山运输道路结构设计方法甚是必要。本文的目的就是要开发出矿山运输道路力学结构设计方法。首先,通过对现有路面结构性能的定量分析,评价了矿山运输道路结构设计的现状,其次,对这些路面进行了力学分析,再通过对分析结果的比较,推导出了相应的极限设计准则及优化力学设计方法。最终,通过与现有运输道路设计方法的对比,验证了力学结构设计方法所带来的经济效益。
The pavement’s structural design relates to the ability of the road to carry loads without over-provisioning or premature renovation. Therefore, it is necessary to study a suitable design method of mine road structure. The purpose of this paper is to develop the mechanical structure design method of mine transportation road. First of all, through the quantitative analysis of the existing pavement structure, the status quo of mine road structure design is evaluated. Secondly, the mechanical analysis of the road surface is carried out. And then the corresponding limit design criterion is derived through the comparison of the analysis results. Finally, the comparison of the design methods with the existing transport roads validates the economic benefits brought by the mechanical structure design method.
