随着技术在经济发展中重要性的提升,拥有技术优势的一方常常对不拥有该技术的一方构成严重的威胁。结合具体的技术事件案例,本文对存在于组织之间的技术威胁展开了系统的研究,包括其生成机理、定义和特征等。从技术发展不平衡类型的角度出发,本文将技术威胁类型划分为技术差距威胁、技术差异威胁和技术研发威胁。为对技术威胁大小进行分析,本文还进一步建立了技术威胁影响因素的三维模型。
As technology becomes more important in economic development, those with technological advantages often pose a serious threat to those who do not own the technology. Combined with the specific case of technical events, this article systematically studies the technical threats existing in the organization, including its generation mechanism, definition and characteristics. From the perspective of the type of unbalanced technology development, this paper classifies the types of technical threats as threat of technological difference, threat of technological difference and threat of technological research and development. In order to analyze the size of technical threats, this article further establishes a three-dimensional model of the influencing factors of technical threats.
