目的心脏彩色多普勒超声检测丙型肝炎患者左室舒张早期快速充盈的血流(E峰),舒张晚期左房收缩的血流(A峰),E/A比值,射血分数(EF),左室舒张内径(EDD),左房内径(LA),左室后壁厚度(LVPW),右房内径(RA),右室内径(RV),了解丙肝患者心脏结构和心功能变化。方法心脏彩色多普勒超声检测符合诊断标准的未经正规治疗的丙型肝炎患者48例及38例健康对照者心脏结构和射血分数,计量资料以珚x±s表示,正态性资料,组间比较采用t检验。结果丙肝组患者LA为(37.17±3.80)mm,较对照组的(31.37±3.11)mm明显增大,t值为-7.598,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论丙型肝炎患者左心房内径明显增大,心脏彩色多普勒超声可用于预测、评估丙型肝炎患者心脏结构的变化。
Objective Echocardiography (Doppler echocardiography) was used to detect the rapid filling velocity (E peak), left atrial contraction (A peak), E / A ratio, ejection fraction (EF) , Left ventricular diastolic diameter (EDD), left atrial appendage (LA), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPW), right atrial appendage (RA) and right ventricular internal diameter (RV) Methods Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the cardiac structure and ejection fraction of 48 patients with hepatitis C and 38 healthy controls who meet the diagnostic criteria. The measurement data were expressed as x ± s, and the normality data, Comparison between groups using t test. Results The LA of patients in group C was (37.17 ± 3.80) mm, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (31.37 ± 3.11) mm, the value of t was -7.598, P <0.001. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The diameter of left atrium in patients with hepatitis C is significantly increased. Color Doppler ultrasound can be used to predict the changes of cardiac structure in patients with hepatitis C.
