经济要发展,就要先发展最贴近老百姓生活的基础设施。水利水电作为最基础的设施,根据国家经济发展政策的导向,近年来,水利水电工程企业竞争日趋激烈,施工企业的利润空间也在逐年的缩小。那么根据科学合理的方法管理好工程的实施,在保质保量的基础上降低工程成本,就成了提高利润提高竞争力的重要方法。本文就关于水利水电工程的管理现状作出分析。
