通过对泸州地区198名小学英语教师教学技能的问卷调查,并以此为样本,对各项数据进行统计、分析,这对泸州职业技术学院外语系小学英语教育专业的建设和发展具有借鉴和指导意义,使我院外语系英语教育专业能更加合理有效地调节和安排各项课程和教学工作,并根据小学英语教师在教学中的实际需求培养合格优秀的小学英语教师。小学英语教师的教学技能,是教师完成教学任务,实现教学目标和改进课堂教学必须具备的基本功,因此,我们必须在今后的教学工作中加强学生教学技能的培养和提高,以使他们能够更快更好地适应今后的英语教学工作。
Through the questionnaire survey on the teaching skills of 198 elementary English teachers in Luzhou area and using this as a sample, this paper makes statistics and analysis on the data, which has reference and guidance to the construction and development of the English education major in primary school of Foreign Languages Department of Luzhou Vocational and Technical College Meaning that our foreign language department of English education professionals can more reasonably and effectively adjust and arrange the curriculum and teaching work, and in accordance with the actual needs of primary school English teachers in teaching to train qualified primary school English teachers. The teaching skills of primary English teachers are the basic skills that teachers must fulfill their teaching tasks, achieve their teaching goals and improve classroom teaching. Therefore, we must strengthen the cultivation and improvement of students’ teaching skills in future teaching so as to make them faster To better adapt to the future of English teaching.
