目的 :探讨脑胶质瘤病的临床表现、影像学和病理学特点 ,以提高本病的诊断和治疗水平。　方法 :对本院1 996年至 2 0 0 1年间收治的 5例脑胶质瘤病患者进行回顾性研究。　结果 :该病主要临床表现为进行性颅内压增高和癫反复发作 ,同时伴有不同程度的智力与精神障碍。病理检查示肿瘤细胞广泛浸润大脑半球皮质和髓质 ,主要在血管、神经元周围呈浸润性生长 ,不形成肿瘤团块。影像学检查示病变弥散 ,可侵犯大脑半球 2个或 2个以上的脑叶。 5例患者均行肿瘤切除术 ,经随访 4例术后 1 0个月内死亡 ,1例术后 1 0个月仍生存。　结论 :脑胶质瘤病的诊断可参考临床表现与影像学检查 ,确诊需靠病理学检查 Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations, imaging and pathological features of gliomatosis in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 5 patients with gliomatosis admitted from 1996 to 2001 in our hospital. Results: The main clinical manifestations of the disease were progressive intracranial hypertension and recurrent epilepsy, accompanied by varying degrees of mental and mental disorders. Pathological examination showed extensive invasion of tumor cells in the cortex and medulla of the cerebral hemisphere, mainly in blood vessels, showed invasive growth of neurons around, do not form tumor mass. Imaging examination showed diffuse lesions can be infringed the cerebral hemispheres 2 or more than 2 brain lobes. Five patients underwent tumor resection. Four patients were followed up within 10 months after operation and one patient survived 10 months after operation. Conclusion: The diagnosis of gliomatosis can refer to the clinical manifestations and imaging examination, confirmed by pathological examination
