本文报道了一台浙江大学自制的动圈式线性压缩机,其支撑结构采用径向刚度更高的直线臂板弹簧。采用有限元方法模拟了板弹簧的性能并与实验进行了对比,分析了磁场及电机力特性.采用RC负载方法测量了压缩机声功转换效率,实验结果表明,该压缩机谐振频率在30 Hz以下。使用该压缩机驱动脉管制冷机冷头,在运行频率为40 Hz,输入功率为540 W时,可获得49.1 K的最低制冷温度,在80 K可提供4.5 W的制冷量。
This paper reports a self-made moving-coil linear compressor made by Zhejiang University. Its supporting structure adopts a linear arm spring with higher radial rigidity. The finite element method was used to simulate the performance of the leaf spring and compared with the experiment, the magnetic field and the motor force characteristics were analyzed.The AC power conversion efficiency of the compressor was measured by RC load method.The experimental results show that the resonant frequency of the compressor is 30 Hz the following. Using this compressor to drive the cold head of a pulse tube refrigerator, a minimum cooling temperature of 49.1 K at an operating frequency of 40 Hz and an input power of 540 W provides a 4.5 W cooling capacity at 80 K.
