本文报道快速静脉注射ATP20mg终止9例15例次阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)疗效.14例次即刻终止,有效率93.3％.从注射完毕到PSVT终止平均11.4±3.9s,窦性停搏平均6.4±2.7s,自PSVT终止到恢复稳定窦性心律平均24.2±10.3s.结合文献讨论了ATP终止PSVT的机理.
This paper reports the rapid intravenous injection of ATP20mg in 9 cases of 15 cases of suboptimal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) curative effect .14 cases immediate termination, the effective rate of 93.3% .After injection to PSVT termination average 11.4 ± 3.9s, sinus The mean of asystole was 6.4 ± 2.7s, which was 24.2 ± 10.3s on average from the termination of PSVT to the recovery of stable sinus rhythm.The mechanism of ATP-terminated PSVT was discussed in the literature.
