光应激时试验是检查眼底黄斑功能的常用方法,但近年有些学者发现青光眼光应激时较正常人明显延长,而且这一改变出现在视野变化之前。本文对32例开角青光眼进行光应激时测定并加以讨论。我们对已确诊开角青光眼随访患者随机选择32例,64只眼,年龄16~61岁,平均51岁。测试时药物控制眼压在正常范围,其中39只眼视野有改变。另外我院健康医护人员,共30名,60只眼,年龄30~56岁,平均49岁,眼压正常,无任何眼病者作为对照组。两组均采用国际视力表检查远视力,如有屈光不正给予镜片矫正。所测的最好视力做为基础视力,然后用不透光眼罩遮盖左眼,用苏州产Yz-2型交流电眼底镜中光斑置右眼前2~3cm照射10秒后立即撤光,测定视刀恢复到照射
