中国西北水地春小麦基因型与环境互作及其产量稳定性分析

【目的】研究我国西北地区水地春小麦基因型与环境的交互作用及其产量的稳定性,为我国西北水地春小麦高效生产提供相关依据.【方法】对2009-2010年由16个试点、15个新品种(系)组成的中国西北水地春小麦区域试验的产量资料进行方差分析和GGE分析.【结果】在我国西北水地春小麦生产区,基因型与环境互作效应对产量变异的影响约为品种效应的4.68倍,品种间丰产性、稳产性均较理想的品种占供试品种的40%,其中稳产性差异较大,但部分品种仍对环境具有一定的特殊适应性.16个试点可划分为3个类型区,其中在宁夏平罗(E_8)为代表的河套平原灌溉区表现最好的品种分别是‘宁春47’(G_6)、‘C78’(G_8)和‘巴丰6’(G_9),以青海西宁(E10)为代表的青藏高原寒旱区表现最好的品种‘银春8’(G_(10)),以甘肃会宁(E4)为代表的黄土高原中部旱作区表现最好的品种‘蒙鉴11’(G_(12)).从环境代表性和对品种鉴别能力两方面分析,环境代表性较理想的试点是青海西宁(E_(10)).鉴别力较好的是新疆塔城(E_(14))、新疆焉耆(E15)、宁夏平罗(E_8)、内蒙古巴盟(E_1)、青海西宁(E_(10))、新疆温泉(E_(16))、青海平安(E_(11))等.【结论】共筛选出‘甘春357786’(G_1)、‘陇春25’(G2)、‘E32-1’(G_3)、‘陇春’(G_5)、‘C78’(G_8)、和‘银春8’(G_(10))高产、稳产性较好的6个品系,‘宁春47’(G_6)在个别试点表现优异;水地春小麦试点中代表性最好的是青海西宁(E_(10)). 【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the interaction and yield stability of spring wheat genotypes with the environment in northwest China, and to provide relevant evidences for efficient spring wheat production in northwest China. 【Method】 From 2009 to 2010, The results of variance analysis and GGE analysis showed that the interaction between genotype and environment had effect on yield variation in the spring wheat production area of ​​Northwest China. Which is 4.68 times of the variety effect, the cultivars with high yield and stable yield among the cultivars accounted for 40% of the tested cultivars, of which the stability and yield were quite different, but some of the cultivars still had some special adaptability to the environment. Which can be divided into three types. Among them, the best varieties in Ningxia 47 (G_6), C78 (G_8) and Bafeng 6 (G_ (10)), the best performing variety in the cold and dry areas of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, represented by E10 in Qinghai Province, G_ (10), the drought in the Loess Plateau, represented by E4 The best performance of the district ’Kam Kam 11’ (G_ (12 ) .According to the environmental representativeness and the ability to identify varieties, the pilot with better environmental representation was X_9 in Xining, Xinjiang (E_ (10)). Yanqi E_9 and E_8 of Ningxia, E_1 of E_ (10) Inner Mongolia, E_ (10) of Inner Mongolia, E_ (16) of Xinjiang and E_ (11) of Qinghai) 【Conclusion】 A total of 554786 (G_1), G2 (G2), E32-1 (G_3), G_5, C78 (G_8), and Yinchun 8 (G_ (10)) and 6 strains with good and stable yield, ’Ningchun 47’ (G_6) performed well in individual experiments.
