主要研究祁红针形茶的加工工艺及配套设备,加工技术基本实现机械化、规范化.该技术制茶工效高、茶叶品质稳定,便于质量监控,产品标准规范合理,符合产业化加工的技术需求.其工艺流程为萎凋、揉捻、发酵、做形(理条、搓条、整形、提毫)、烘干(初烘、足烘)、筛分、风选、拣剔、焙香.
