研究了不同锰含量对高铁铝硅合金组织和性能的影响。利用SEM、XRD和光学显微镜分析了合金铸态下的不同金相组织;检测了锰含量对铸态下的合金抗拉强度的影响。结果表明:在Al-22wt%Si-3wt%Fe-x Mn合金中,随锰含量增加,富铁相的形貌发生变化,由细长的针条状富铁相逐步转变为鱼骨状的富铁相,最后转变为块状的富铁相;在Mn/Fe=0.6~1中,存在晶粒较小且棱角圆滑的块状富铁相,是最好的铁相形貌;当Mn/Fe=0.6时,试样的抗拉强度达150 MPa。
The effects of different manganese contents on microstructure and properties of high-iron-aluminum-silicon alloy were studied. The microstructure of the alloy was analyzed by SEM, XRD and optical microscope. The influence of manganese content on the tensile strength of the alloy was also tested. The results show that the morphologies of Fe-rich phase change with the increase of Mn content in Al-22wt% Si-3wt% Fe-xMn alloy, from slender acicular iron-rich phase to fishbone Iron-rich phase, and finally into a massive iron-rich phase. In Mn / Fe = 0.6 ~ 1, the existence of massive iron-rich phase with small grains and smooth edges is the best iron phase morphology. When Mn /Fe=0.6, the tensile strength of the sample up to 150 MPa.
