2007年我国居民消费价格上涨4.8%,比预定目标3%提高1.8个百分点,2008年防止通货膨胀仍是宏观调控的重头戏,中央提出物价涨幅不超过去年水平的调控目标,这一目标如期实现并非没有难度。而今年1—2月份南方地区一场突如其来的严重冰雪天气,进一步增添了新涨价因素,物价走势面临新的考验和许多不确定因素,国家宏观调控控制物价上涨任重而道远。 In 2007, the consumer prices in China rose by 4.8%, 1.8 percentage points higher than the target of 3%. In 2008, preventing inflation was still the highlight of macroeconomic regulation and control. The central government proposed that the price increase should not exceed the control target of last year’s level. No difficulty. However, a sudden severe snow and ice weather in the south of this year from January to February this year further added new factors for price increases. The price trend is facing new challenges and many uncertainties. National macro-economic control has a long way to go in price control.
