用体表无创伤性双极刺激胫神经的方法,研究了30例脑瘫患儿推拿治疗前、后屈肌肌电M波和F波反应。结果治疗后,肌电阈值降低,患侧M波电压增大,F波降低,左、右脚M和F波基本相等。M波峰潜伏时延长,患侧Fn有意义(P<0.05)。总之,除2倒无变化(7.41%),1例变差(3.7%)外,显效率为25.93%,有效率为88.89%。提示推拿能改善患儿脊髓前角细胞和骨骼肌的功能活动。
Using noninvasive bipolar stimulation of the tibial nerve on body surface, the M and F wave responses of myoelectricity in 30 cases of cerebral palsy before and after massage were studied. Results After treatment, the EMG threshold decreased, the M-wave voltage on the affected side increased, the F wave decreased, and M and F waves on the left and right feet were almost equal. M wave latency prolonged, ipsilateral Fn meaningful (P <0.05). In all, except for 2 without change (7.41%) and 1 with worsening (3.7%), the effective rate was 25.93% and the effective rate was 88.89%. Tip massage can improve children’s spinal cord anterior horn cells and skeletal muscle function activities.
