36例DKA患者,随机分为胰岛素泵治疗组(CSII组,20例)和常规小剂量胰岛素静脉滴注治疗组(对照组,16例),分别观察两组血糖、血酮、尿酮和pH值的变化及低血糖的发生率。结果:CSII组血糖恢复时间、胰岛素用量、血酮、尿酮和pH值恢复时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01),低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:CSII能模拟人生理胰岛素分泌,更有效更安全地治疗DKA。
Thirty-six patients with DKA were randomly divided into insulin pump treatment group (CSII group, 20 cases) and conventional low-dose insulin intravenous drip treatment group (control group, 16 cases). Blood glucose, blood ketone, Changes and the incidence of hypoglycemia. Results: The time of recovery of blood glucose, insulin dosage, blood ketone, urine ketone and pH recovery time in CSII group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P <0.01). The incidence of hypoglycemia in CSII group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: CSII can simulate the physiology of insulin secretion, more effective and safer treatment of DKA.
