吃粥之风古已有之,史载人文初祖轩辕黄帝“始烹谷为粥”[1]、“初教民作糜”[2],而被奉为粥祖。“粥会”乃近代中国社会“以粥会友、以文会友”之民间文化艺术团体,参加者多为硕学俊彦之士。于众多文艺团体里,其为最老牌,而知之者甚少。盖发源于上海,辗转于重庆,流播于台湾,分衍于海外,而汇涌于泉州矣。粥会文献佚者多而存者少,以回忆文字为最,历后人递述,期间不少增益失真处,或多讹误,或失枝节。本文于故纸堆中采
