保险代理人作为一项职业是否走向了终点? 国际市场上,“代理人将走向终结”不是空穴来风。英国著名保险公司保诚最近已取消了代理人;麦肯锡公司最近也指出,保险代理人正失去在全球保险市场中的重大参与。业界的一些经验数据也显示出代理人在保险分销中份额的下降。尽管银行保险,网络保险的成本更低,或效果更好,尽管代理人的市场份额会日趋下降,但代理人不会淡出“江湖”,而是维持在一个市场份额的水平上。中国市场还不是一个成熟的市场,消费者还需要保险基本理念的熏陶,代理人正好扮演了这个角色。
