科学技术的发展.使某些硬铝及超硬铝的机械性能已接近普通钢材.由于铝合金重量轻、耐蚀、耐磨性及抗振性好,因而在汽车、拖拉机及其它林业机械中应用比重不断增加.在冶金企业中,为了提高产品的机械性能,对热处理强化铝合金,普遍采用淬火及时效的热处理工艺,以充分发挥铝合金的固溶加时效双重强化作用.本文提出的使用涡流法检测铝合金软硬不均与混料,不仅简单易行,经济可靠,而且快速全面.涡流仪器可使用国产的7501型、6741型及原苏联产И(?)—Ⅰ型等.
