目的:建立蒺藜果中总皂苷含量的测定方法,比较不同产地蒺藜品质差异。方法:以薯蓣皂苷元为对照品,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定蒺藜果中总皂苷的含量。结果:薯蓣皂苷元在0.00752~0.1504μg线性关系良好,回归方程:y=4.0439x+0.1232,R2=0.9912,平均回收率为98.70%,RSD=2.8%。结论:不同产地蒺藜品质存在差异,河南产的蒺藜品质最佳。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total saponins in the tribulus terrestris fruit, and to compare the differences in the quality of tribulus terrestris in different habitats. Methods: Using diosgenin as a reference substance, the content of total saponins in the tribulus terrestris fruit was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Results: The linear range of diosgenin was 0.00752 ~ 0.1504μg. The regression equation was: y = 4.0439x + 0.1232, R2 = 0.9912, the average recovery was 98.70% and RSD was 2.8%. Conclusion: There are differences in the quality of Tribulus terrestris in different habitats, and the quality of Tribulus terrestris in Henan is the best.
