一、概况我团于1991年10月4日晚离京,10日下午抵达莫斯科。于10月27日凌晨离莫斯科回国.历时15天,技术考察交流工作日为10天。
I. General Our delegation left Beijing on the evening of October 4, 1991 and arrived in Moscow on the afternoon of October 10. Returned from Moscow in the early morning of October 27. It lasted 15 days and the working day for exchange of technical inspection was 10 days.
