目的 :观察河蚌提取物 (KAL)对免疫低下小鼠的迟发性过敏反应 (DTH)和溶血空斑形成细胞 (PFC)反应的影响。方法 :以环磷酰胺 (Cy)造成小鼠免疫低下模型 ;迟发性过敏反应(DTH)采用 DNFB致敏小鼠耳片法 ;抗体水平测定采用 SRBC诱导的空斑形成细胞 (PFC)实验法。结果 :KAL可使 Cy造成的低下的 DTH反应增强 ;对低下的 PFC反应有所加强。结论 :KAL对免疫低下模型小鼠有较好的免疫抑制恢复作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of mussel extract (KAL) on delayed hypersensitivity (DTH) and hemolytic plaque forming cell (PFC) response in immunocompromised mice. Methods: Mice were immunosuppressed with cyclophosphamide (Cy); DTH was sensitized by DNFB to mice; the antibody level was determined by SRBC-induced plaque-forming cell (PFC) assay . RESULTS: KAL enhanced the low DTH response induced by Cy and enhanced the response to low PFC. Conclusion: KAL has a better immunosuppressive effect on mice with immunodeficiency
