高效液相色谱为黄酮化合物提供了一个快速、高灵敏度、重复性好的分离分析方法。本文研究了七种黄酮类化合物的反相高效液相色谱分离,并对其分离机理进行了初步探讨。实验部分 1.仪器:Waters 244型高效液相色谱仪。 2.标准物:七种黄酮类化合物标准物中,芦丁为色谱纯(Merck公司),杨酶酮、桑色素、栎精、莰菲醇、芹菜素、柯因均为分析纯(上海化学试剂二厂)。每种标准物各称取5毫克溶于甲醇,定容至50毫升。 3.色谱条件: 色谱柱:0.39×30cm μ-Bondapack Fatty acid analysis column。
High performance liquid chromatography provides a fast, sensitive and reproducible separation and analysis method for flavonoids. In this paper, RP-HPLC separation of seven flavonoids was studied and the mechanism of its separation was discussed. Experimental part 1. Instrument: Waters 244 HPLC. 2. Standards: Among the seven flavonoid standards, rutin was chromatographically pure (Merck), and pyrethroid, morin, quercetin, fenphenanthrene, apigenin, and kevin were all analytically pure (Shanghai Chemical Reagent Factory). Each standard weighing 5 mg dissolved in methanol, constant volume to 50 ml. 3. Chromatographic conditions: Column: 0.39 × 30cm μ-Bondapack Fatty acid analysis column.
