目前,虽然RP快速成型技术发展迅速,但其各类型的成型工艺还不完善,成型制件的精度也有待于进一步改善与提高,当前的大多数RP成型制件不能直接作为功能性产品与制件,而只能作为模型使用.因此,如何优化RP成型工艺与改善成型精度等,是目前RP成型技术在快速发展中必须解决的关键问题.本文针对目前RP技术领域较为典型应用的3种成型工艺及其各自工艺特点进行深入探讨、研究与工艺优化,并在大量实验、研究与分析的基础上,总结出RP快速成型技术的工艺优化与改善成型精度的各项具体原则,为各类型的RP成型技术的工艺优化与精度改善等提供理论指导和实验依据.
