本文探讨了番茄(Lycopersicum esculentum)、苦楝(Melia aze-darach)、黄花蒿(Artemisia annua)和甘野菊(Dendranthema boreale)等植物对菜粉蝶(Artogeia rapae)幼虫嗅觉和拒食的影响。在嗅觉器内,幼虫对植物气味有一定嗅觉反应,说明嗅觉在一定程度上与食物选择有关;但忌避与拒食间并不都呈直线关系,说明嗅觉不是该幼虫取食与否的唯一因素。所测试的试样均有一定拒食作用,其中番茄枝叶抽提物在拒食、减食方面表现出相当强的活性,值得进一步研究。
In this paper, the effects of Lycopersicum esculentum, Melia aze-darach, Artemisia annua and Dendranthema boreale on olfactory and antifeedant behavior of Artogeia rapae larvae were investigated. In the olfactory system, the larvae have a certain olfactory response to plant odors, indicating that olfaction is related to food selection to a certain extent. However, there is not a linear relationship between evasion and antifeedant behavior, indicating that olfactory is not the only factor affecting larval feeding. The tested samples all have certain antifeedant effect. Among them, the extract of tomato leaves and leaves showed quite strong activity in antifeeding and reducing food, which deserved to be further studied.
