我国的海洋环境现状有待提升,赤潮为沿海居民的正常生活带来一定的困扰与阻碍。为解决造成海洋环境污染最重要的人为原因,可以加强对海域的实时监测,建立不同的监控站并开展分区域的保护措施,真正从根源上解决海洋环境保护问题。
The current situation of marine environment in our country needs to be improved. Red tides bring troubles and obstacles to the normal life of coastal residents. In order to solve the most important man-made causes of marine environmental pollution, it is possible to strengthen real-time monitoring of the sea areas, establish different monitoring stations and carry out sub-regional protection measures, and truly solve the problem of marine environmental protection from the root causes.
