国内高校动画专业毕业生已经连续二年被通告为就业红牌警告专业。曾经的热门专业,如今却被定义为失业量最大、就业率持续走低,且薪资起点较低的专业之一,成为一个高失业风险的专业。一方面企业急需动画方面的技能人才,二方面大量的动画专业毕业生找不到工作;高校在不断的扩招,培养大量的动画人才,而我们的动画人才却达不到企业的要求,进而滋生出企业动画人才培训,甚至企业人才培训的收益逐渐超越了项目的收益,最终导致企业不再做动画项目,而是全民搞培训的奇怪现象。
Domestic college animation graduates have been notified for employment for two consecutive years red card warning professionals.
