目的:研究钴铬和纯钛口腔修复材料调磨后不同抛光方法对其粗糙度及变形链球菌粘附的影响。方法:制作标准规格的两种试件,按调磨抛光程序不断增加随机分5组,测各组粗糙度值,进行体外变形链球菌细菌粘附实验并菌落计数,统计学分析。结果:相同材料不同抛光组间粗糙度及细菌粘附量有显著差异(P<0.05),相同抛光不同材料组间粗糙度及细菌粘附量有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:抛光程序的不断增加试件粗糙度值逐渐降低细菌粘附量逐渐减少;相同抛光方法纯钛较钴铬更粗糙,但粘附量无明显差异,这可能与纯钛本身特性有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of different polishing methods on the roughness and Streptococcus mutans adhesion of cobalt-chromium and titanium dental prosthetic materials after grinding. Methods: Two kinds of specimens with standard specifications were made. According to the procedure of polishing and polishing, the specimens were randomly divided into 5 groups, and the roughness of each group was measured. The bacterial adhesion experiments of Streptococcus mutans and colony counting and statistical analysis were conducted. Results: There was significant difference (P <0.05) in the roughness and bacterial adhesion between the same materials and different polishing groups. There was significant difference (P <0.05) in the roughness and bacterial adhesion between the same materials and different materials. CONCLUSION: The increasing of the polishing program gradually decreased the roughness of the specimen and the bacterial adhesion gradually decreased. The same polishing method was more coarse than cobalt chromium, but there was no significant difference in the adhesion amount, which may be related to the properties of pure titanium itself.
