目的阿魏酸钠注射液配合冠心通片治疗冠心病、心绞痛与硝酸异山梨脂片治疗后对照,观察其疗效及安全性。方法选择冠心病心绞痛80例,随机分组单盲给药,阿魏酸钠注射液配合冠心通片50例,口服冠心通片每次3片、3次/d连续服2月,阿魏酸钠注射液0.3g生理盐水250ml,1次/d静点,14d为一疗程。对照组服硝酸异山梨脂片每次10mg,3次/d连续服2月,治疗前后行相关检查用于自身对照组及两组比较。结果阿魏酸钠注射液配合冠心通组症状缓解有效率达90%,优于对照组66.7%。心电图有效率60%,对照组40%,同位素心肌扫描(ECT),缺血的阳性率由66.7%降为50%,降低了16.7%,对照组由80%降至75%,降低了5.0%,血液流变学也有显著改善,统计学分析有显著行差异。结论阿魏酸钠注射液配合冠心通片是治疗冠心病心绞痛良药。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of sodium ferulate in combination with Guanxintong tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and isosorbide dinitrate tablets after treatment. Methods 80 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into single-blind administration, sodium ferulate injection combined with coronary heart pass 50 cases, oral administration of Guanxintong tablets 3 times, 3 times / d continuous service in February, Sodium carbonate injection 0.3g saline 250ml, 1 / d static point, 14d for a course of treatment. The control group served isosorbide mononitrate tablets 10mg each time, 3 times / d continuous service in February, before and after treatment related checks for their own control group and two groups compared. Results The effective rate of sodium ferulate injection combined with Guanxin Tong group was 90%, which was better than 66.7% of the control group. The effective rate of electrocardiogram was 60% in control group, 40% in control group, and the positive rate of ischemic was decreased from 66.7% to 50%, decreased by 16.7% in the control group from 80% to 75%, decreased by 5.0% , Hemorheology also significantly improved, statistically significant differences were observed. Conclusion Sodium ferulate injection combined with Guanxin Tongpian is a good medicine for treating angina pectoris.
