本文概述了我国油气管道焊接技术发展的现状,随着我国能源工业的发展和能源结构的调整,管道建设越来越趋于向长距离、高工作压力、大口径、厚壁化方向发展,这就需要高质量的焊接材料和高效率的焊接方法与之匹配,保证环焊接头的强韧性。采用自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊与手工电弧焊相结合,由于其操作灵活,环境适应性强,一次性投资小,对于大直径、大壁厚钢管是一种好的焊接工艺。
This paper summarizes the current status of the development of China’s oil and gas pipeline welding technology.
