通过对榆杂２９制种亲本特性特性的观察，提出榆杂２９制种父母本播种差期以叶龄差为主要实现花期相遇的基础，采取综合农艺措施促使双亲平衡生长是实现花期相遇的保证。对父本单独多施肥以增加颖花数和花粉量是制种高产的有效途径之一。
