孔子早就有“不撤姜食,不多食”之说。其意是说,一年四季饮食不离姜,但不宜多食。现代医药学研究证实:生姜中的有效成分能防止脂肪食物中的过氧化反应,就是说,可减慢其氧化变质的速度,其中的姜辣素有很强的对付自由基的本领。人体内的自由基是一种衰老因子,它作用于皮肤会引起”老年斑”,作用于心脑血管等部位,会加速脏器的老化。故想延缓衰老,延年益寿,推迟老年斑的出现,必须及时清除体内的自由基,而生姜正是这方面的高手。
