本文应用卡特福德的翻译转移理论分析中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法的中英文版本,以找出解决法律文件译本不足的问题的途径,提高机器翻译法律文本的可行性并提高译本的质量。
This article applies Catford’s translation transfer theory to analyze the Chinese and English version of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China, in order to find ways to solve the problem of insufficient translation of legal documents, improve the feasibility of machine translation legal texts and improve the quality of translations.
