应用SDS-PAGE和ELIB技术分析了五种吸虫可溶性抗原的蛋白组分及其与病人血清、动物血清的免疫印渍反应。根据Dorzok方法制备卫氏并殖吸虫、斯氏狸殖吸虫、三平正并殖吸虫、华支睾吸虫和姜片虫的成虫可溶性抗原。上述抗原的蛋白区带数分别为16、13、14、27和26条。酶联免疫印渍法(ELIB)表明卫氏并殖吸虫抗原中有9条主要蛋白区带能与并殖吸虫病人血清中的特异抗体结合,其中67kD和80kD成分具有诊断及考核并殖吸虫病防治效果的意义。
The SDS-PAGE and ELIB techniques were used to analyze the protein components of five kinds of flukes soluble antigen and their immunoprecipitation reaction with serum and animal serum of patients. According to the Dorzok method, adult soluble antigens of Paragonimus westermani, Trichogramma, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Clonorchis sinensis and Zingiber officinale were prepared. The number of protein bands of the above antigens are 16, 13, 14, 27 and 26, respectively.
