采用实验生态学方法,以温度25℃为对照,研究了四种温度波动幅度(25±1、25±2、25±3、25±4℃)对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)稚虾蜕壳率和蜕壳激素滴度的影响。主要实验结果如下:(1)25±3℃和25±4℃组对虾的蜕壳率显著高于其他各处理组(P<0.05)。(2)5种温度处理下,对虾血淋巴中蜕壳激素含量在一个蜕壳周期内的变化呈相似的规律:蜕壳间期,对虾血淋巴中蜕壳激素含量逐步增大,至蜕壳前期时,蜕壳激素的含量增至最高值;对虾蜕壳后,血淋巴中蜕壳激素含量急剧下降到一个较低的水平。(3)不同蜕壳时期的对虾在5种温度处理下,其血淋巴中蜕壳激素含量存在显著性差异;蜕壳前期时,25±3℃组对虾蜕壳间期蜕壳激素含量最高,显著高于其他各处理组(P<0.05)。实验结果初步表明,25±3℃变温处理下,蜕壳前期对虾蜕壳激素含量的增加可能是其蜕壳生长的主要原因。

(3) There was a significant difference in the amount of exocrine hormone in the haemolymph from shrimp under different temperatures during the different stages of molting. At the early stage of molting, the exocrine hormone content was the highest at 25 ± 3 ℃, Significantly higher than other treatment groups (P <0.05). The results of the experiment initially showed that the increase of exocrine hormone in shrimp at the early stage of pre-eclampsia may be the main reason of the exocarp growth under the temperature of 25 ± 3 ℃.
