血清总胆固醇(TC)水平升高与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)的发生及病变的进展密切关联。在改善冠状循环血流的同时,积极控制血清TC的升高,对CHD的治疗具有重要意义。我们在扩张冠状动脉、降低血脂、抗血小板聚集等西药治疗的基础上,加用中药治疗CHD中稳定性心绞痛合并高胆固醇血症的患者,取得了满意疗效。
Serum total cholesterol (TC) levels and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) is closely related to the occurrence and progression of the disease. Coronary circulation in improving blood flow at the same time, actively controlling the rise of serum TC, the treatment of CHD is of great significance. We expand the coronary artery, lower blood lipids, anti-platelet aggregation and other western medicine based on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with stable angina pectoris with hypercholesterolemia in patients with CHD, and achieved satisfactory results.
