患者 ,男性 ,76岁 ,主因左侧阴囊巨大肿物 2 2年于 2 0 0 0年 10月收住院。 1978年夏患者无意中在左阴囊触摸到一花生米大小的肿块 ,不伴其它任何不适 ,未予重视。随病程延长 ,肿物逐渐增大 ,因行走困难到我院就诊 ,阴囊肿物如排球大小 ,阴茎回缩 ,并出现明显下坠感和排尿困难?
Patients, male, 76 years old, mainly due to a huge left scrotum tumor 2 2 years in 2000 admitted to hospital in October. In the summer of 1978, patients inadvertently touched a peanut-sized mass in the left scrotum without any other discomfort, neglecting it. With the extension of the course, the tumor gradually increased, due to walking difficulties to our hospital, scrotum mass such as volleyball size, penile retraction, and a clear sense of falling and dysuria?
