目的了解中学生对结核病的认识、观念,以及健康教育的干预效果,为制定学校结核病健康策略提供依据。方法对全校学生开展预防结核病的健康教育干预。采用随机整群抽样法,分别于干预前后抽取浙江省某重点中学2 000名中学生进行问卷调查,评价干预效果。结果通过健康教育,学生对结核病总体知识观念的知晓率从15.0%上升到97.0%,对结核病相关知识知晓率从34.0%上升到94.0%,对肺结核预防治疗情况知晓率从12.5%上升到84.5%。结论在中学阶段开展结核病防治健康教育,成效显著。应高度重视中学生的结核病健康教育。
Objective To understand the cognition and conception of TB among middle school students and the effect of intervention in health education so as to provide basis for formulating the health strategy of TB in school. Methods To carry out health education intervention to prevent TB among the whole school. A random cluster sampling method was used to survey 2 000 middle school students from a key middle school in Zhejiang Province before and after the intervention to evaluate the intervention effect. Results Through health education, students’ awareness of the general knowledge of TB increased from 15.0% to 97.0%, the awareness rate of TB-related knowledge rose from 34.0% to 94.0%, and the awareness of tuberculosis prevention and treatment increased from 12.5% to 84.5% . Conclusions The tuberculosis prevention and health education in secondary school has achieved remarkable results. High priority should be given to tuberculosis health education for middle school students.
