目的:探讨乳腺癌术后化疗开展健康教育的必要性。方法:选取我院收治的乳腺癌术后化疗患者72例作为研究对象,按照健康教育方式划分为对照组和观察组,各36例,其中对照组行传统健康教育,观察组依据临床规定程序行健康教育,对比两组效果。结果:照组达标率为77.8%,满意度为75.0%,均明显低于观察组94.4%、97.2%,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:于乳腺癌术后化疗患者开展健康教育可提升患者知识掌握达标率与满意度,和谐医患关系,有推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the necessity of postoperative chemotherapy in breast cancer for health education. Methods: Seventy-two patients with postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the mode of health education, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received traditional health education, and the observation group was based on clinical procedures Health education, comparing two sets of effects. Results: The compliance rate was 77.8% and the satisfaction rate was 75.0%, which were significantly lower than 94.4% and 97.2% in the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: To carry out health education in patients with postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer can improve the patient’s knowledge of compliance rate and satisfaction, harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and has the promotion value.
