成为一名企业家是一项巨大的挑战,为自己的企业融资更是难上加难!数据表明:即使再好的年景,对500万家寻找创业资金的美国企业来说,只有大约5万家能获得天使投资,也只有1500家企业获得风险投资,真是杯水车薪!企业的创始人都会认同最关键的两件事,一是找对的人、二是以对的方式找到钱。恰当的风险融资可以加速企业的成长,但是大多数企业往往通过其他的方式融资来助推企业成长,尤其是在早期阶段。
