我院自1973年开始应用自制的液氮冷冻器,上海医疗器械厂出产的Ⅱ型和杭氧机厂出产的液氮冷冻治疗器,治疗口腔粘膜白斑57例,取得较好效果。临床资料自1973年11月～1982年7月共治疗口腔粘膜白斑57例,其中女26例,男31例。白斑部位有唇部、颊部、舌部。白斑面积最大3—4平方厘米,最小呈点状。冷冻方法:本组病例全部采用接触法。根据病变的形态和大小选择冷冻探头,我们选择了小于病损面积1～2毫米的
