艾氏同杆线虫[Rhabditella axei(Cobbold,1884)(Chitwood,1933]为偶然寄生于人体的自由生活线虫。自冯兰洲(1950)首次报道我国的人体感染该虫以来,陈心陶、徐秉锟、金大雄等均有报道。最近我们在铜仁地区医院一例钩端螺旋体病病孩的大便中检到此虫,并对其形态进行了观察。 患者,女,8岁,因高热,痰中带血,腹痛7天入院。体温40.5℃,白细胞25,500,中性80％、淋巴19％、单核1％。粪检发现大量长0.2～2mm的白色线虫。该虫在冷开水中,活动良好、存活3日,
