为了解东北地区恙虫病东方体分离株与其参考株的同源关系 ,采用了PCR技术扩增东北地区恙虫病东方体分离株sta 5 6基因片段 ,测定HCAa92 0 2和HCM95 0 1株sta5 6基因片段的核苷酸序列 ,并与已知列的参考株进行同源性比较。结果显示 ,东北地区恙虫病东方体分离株均可在 32 0~ 332bp范围内见到特异性扩增带 ,但MSAa930 2株和MSAa930 4株在此范围内分别可见 2条和 3条扩增带。HCAa92 0 2株和HCM95 0 1株与 6个已知序列的恙虫病东方体菌株相比较同源性在 6 7 72 %~ 83 18%间 ,相对与Gilliam的同源性较高
In order to understand the homologous relationship between the oriental isolate of tsutsugamushi in the northeast of China and its reference strain, the sta 5 6 gene fragment of Orientia tsutsugamushi strain in Northeast China was amplified by PCR and the sta5 6 gene of HCAa92002 and HCM9511 Fragment and compare the homology with reference strains of known columns. The results showed that specific bands were found in the oriental isolates of Orientia tsutsugamushi from northeast of China in the range of 32 0 ~ 332 bp, but MSAa 930 2 and MSAa 930 were found to have 2 and 3 bands respectively . The homologies between HCAa92 0 2 and HCM95 0 1 and 6 known sequences of Orientia tsutsugamushi strains were between 72 72% and 83 18%, and their relative homologies to Gilliam were higher
