当今高职院校思政课堂虽进行了一些改革创新,但是目前高职院校思想政治理论课仍存在教学效率不高,高职生对思政课普遍兴趣不高,厌学情绪比较突出等负面影响。针对这一现状,结合自身教学实践和相关教学理论,从教学理念、思政教师主体、高职生现状等方面分析问题并提出教学有效性对策,以便服务于高职院校思政课教学,从而更好服务于高职学生全面健康成长发展需要。
