变革的历史时期对居住区规划与建设提出了新的要求,广大居民也越来越不能满足于现有的生活环境。我们居住区规划工作者的观念必须更新,要用动态的观点对待居住区规划建设,密切结合实际,坚持从人的需要出发,从社会生活和商品经济的发展出发,把经济学、社全学、生理学、心理学、行为学和城市美学应用到规划中去,使居住区规划能够物质领域和精神范畴兼顾,形态构成和人文内涵并重,达到一个新的高度。
The historical period of change put forward new requirements for the planning and construction of residential areas, and the majority of residents are also increasingly unable to meet the existing living environment. The concept of the planners in our residential areas must be updated. We must adopt a dynamic view of the planning and construction of residential areas and closely integrate the actual conditions. We must proceed from the needs of people, proceed from the development of social life and commodity economy, and apply economics, social science, and education. Physiology, psychology, behavior and urban aesthetics are applied to the planning, so that the residential area planning can take into account both the physical and spiritual categories, and both the morphological and cultural connotations can reach a new height.
